INTRODUCTION
With a great mission to place the kuchchh district of Gujarat on the minerals producer map of India, internationally acclaimed Manek Minerals established in 1974 at Bhuj – Kuchchh in Gujarat. The purpose was to extract and process the rich deposit of high quality minerals found in the area.

As a customer oriented company, its head office is located at Bhuj, at the manufacturing unit, to provide better services and technical support to both domestic and overseas customers. Presently has multiplied its operation manifold with increased product range with multi location plants, sizeable exports and increased focus on specialty minerals for varied application with high service level and involving complex logistics.

KAOLIN OPERATION
Mineral Techniques a division of Manek Minerals was established in 2004 exclusively to provide kaolin from mine to market. At Mineral Techniques, the way we conduct business is as important as the business we conduct. It is the human element that defines the most important aspects of our advantage that fuels the innovation. It is the hands-on attitude and individual commitments that ensure our long-term value to our customers. The deposit of kaolin, the largest of the region in India initiates us to process kaolin. Extensive R & D has done since last 5 year to serve the different kind of industries.

PROCESSING
Our plant equipped with the state of art machinery, advanced equipment and latest processing technology to keep the structure of kaolin undamaged. Our process equipments are delamination, drag classification, flocculation / flotation, flash drying, rotary calcination kiln, de-agglomeration, classification & packaging.

EXPANSION
Our hydrous kaolin production is being enhanced by 1000 MT / Month, considering the market demands with our present calcined kaolin market, by November 2005.
